Lengthy trailer drops for documentary “PENNYWISE: THE STORY OF ‘IT’ ”

The creators of UNEARTHED & UNTOLD: THE PATH TO “PET SEMATARY” dig into another classic Stephen King adaptation with PENNYWISE: THE STORY OF “IT.” They just released a new trailer that you can check out after the jump.

PENNYWISE is a full-length chronicle of creation and legacy of the two-part IT TV movie that originally aired in 1990, and made a generation of young viewers afraid of clowns. Directed by Chris Griffiths and written and produced by John Campopiano and Gary Smart, it features interviews with director/co-writer Tommy Lee Wallace, co-writer Lawrence D. Cohen, actors Tim Curry, Richard Thomas, Seth Green, Emily Perkins, Dennis Christopher and Tim Reid and many others. You can find out more about the doc at its Facebook page.
