Killer-clown saga becomes a trilogy with “THE JACK IN THE BOX RISES”; trailer & poster

The painted-face demon invades a girls’ school in his latest adventure.

4 Digital Media releases THE JACK IN THE BOX RISES to VOD/digital platforms and DVD April 9. The follow-up to 2019’s THE JACK IN THE BOX and 2022’s THE JACK IN THE BOX: AWAKENING is once again directed by Lawrence Fowler, from a script he wrote with Geoff Fowler. Nicholas Anscombe has the evil title role, and the cast also includes Isabella Colby Browne, Leona Clarke, Oli Meredith, Anna Blackburn, Jade Groves and Georgia Conlan. The synopsis: “When Raven [Browne] is sent to an all-girls boarding school, she unleashes a demon from a mysterious vintage jack-in-the-box hidden on the school grounds. Will the students make it out alive, or will the demon claim the victims it requires to remain alive?”
