It’s a facehugger freakout in “ALIEN: ROMULUS” teaser trailer; poster, too

The first stage of the xenomorph is especially feisty in the latest franchise entry.

ALIEN: ROMULUS is coming to theaters August 16 from 20th Century Studios. DON’T BREATHE and the EVIL DEAD remake’s Fede Alvarez directed from a script he wrote with Rodo Sayagues, and the producing team includes original director Ridley Scott and producer Walter Hill. The cast is headed by Cailee Spaeny, David Jonsson, Archie Renaux, Isabela Merced, Spike Fearn and Aileen Wu; the synopsis: “While scavenging the deep ends of a derelict space station, a group of young space colonizers come face to face with the most terrifying life form in the universe.”
