Based out of Barcelona, Spain, Amigo Toyz was created in 2015 by artist Ricardo Ribelles a.k.a. Ribefex. The first line that the company has created is called Monster Home, and features limited edition hand puppets, finger puppets (including the likes of Uncle Nosferatu, Nosferatina, Vampire Lenora, Frankenstein, Demon Nicanor, Demon Faustina), and now, new 10-inch poseable hard vinyl figures based on some of greatest classic characters of the genre, including Dracula, Mr. Hyde and Nosferatu.
Each handmade character features a posable the neck, waist, shoulders and wrist (6 points of articulation in all), with fabric clothing, a custom display base, and hard vinyl portrait, all devilishly packaged in a colourful classic monster window box. Each characters eyes and teeth are made from phosphorescent glow-in-the-dark material.
Each one of these 10-inch vinyl characters are available for pre-order through the Amok Time retailer store (they also stock the limited edition finger puppets in a selection of variants) and through the Monster Home Facebook page
The deluxe classic Dracula figure will also be available at next month’s New York Comic Con at the Amok Time booth, so prepare to sink those teeth into these Amigo Toyz!
