Part of the Newport Beach Film Festival, THE ESTATE is a combination of terror and camp in the Ryan Murphy mode. Directed by James Kapner, it was scripted by Chris Baker, who also stars, and the cast additionally includes Eliza Coupe, Greg Finley, Heather Matarazzo, Eric Roberts, Lala Kent and Alexandra Billings.
