RUE MORGUE’s latest collaboration with purveyors of weird audio fiction, HorrorBabble, is a snarling, spine-tingling descent into the world of beasts that walk like men! Welcome to WERWOLVES AND DOG MEN, a five-part horror series, with new episodes premiering every Wednesday through July 2.

WEREWOLVES AND DOGMEN concludes with “The Girdle”  by Joseph McCord. First published in the classic pulp horror magazine Weird Tales in 1927, “The Girdle” is the story of a World War I Army captain who returns from the trenches with a disturbing tale about a fellow officer and an even more bizarre artifact.

“Turn out the lights. Shut the door. And listen closely… something is scratching at the threshold.”
