The violence of the battlefield gives way to occult terrors in GHOSTS OF WAR, which begins its release later this month.

Vertical Entertainment debuts GHOSTS OF WAR on DirecTV June 18, followed by virtual cinema screenings and VOD/digital play July 17. Written and directed by Eric Bress (THE BUTTERFLY EFFECT), the film stars Brenton Thwaites (OCULUS), Alan Ritchson, Skylar Astin, Theo Rossi, Kyle Gallner (A NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET, THE CLEANSE), Billy Zane (TALES FROM THE CRYPT: DEMON KNIGHT) and Shaun Toub. The synopsis: “Five battle-hardened American soldiers are assigned to hold a French Chateau near the end of World War II. Formerly occupied by the Nazi high command, this unexpected respite quickly descends into madness when they encounter a supernatural enemy far more terrifying than anything seen on the battlefield.”
