A dog had its day in GOOD BOY, and now horror goes feline in the found-footage fright flick CAT CAM. Having won seven awards during its recent festival tour, it has been picked up by X4 Pictures and is coming to VOD August 25. Sara Werner directed from a script by Hilary Helding, and the cast is headed by Cronin Cullen, Jiavani, Bry Gallagher, Colleen Evanson, Michele Hart and introducing Nug the cat. The synopsis: “When two cat owners decide to put up pet cameras in their new home while they’re away on a trip, they soon make a terrifying discovery as to why their cat has been acting so strange.”
