AXE2GRIND is the sequel to AXE TO GRIND, directed by Matt Zettell and released in 2015. The new movie was helmed by Stormy Daniels (1st photo below) and Victor Trippodo, who also co-star alongside Debbie Rochon (2nd photo), Adrian Quihuis (3rd photo) and Matt Gulbranson, the latter three returning from the first film. Also in the cast are Erin Marie Garrett, Cara Nicole, Denny Nolan, Russ Andrade, Julie Anne Prescott, Holly Zahand and Jesse Tripp. The synopsis: “Debbie Wilkins [Rochon] is released after serving 10 years in a psychiatric hospital in upstate New York for her murder spree on the set of THE BAYOU BUTCHER. Wilkins, who still has unresolved issues and vendettas to settle, picks up where she left off after reuniting with her twisted accomplice Norman Poindexter [Quihuis]. Meanwhile, Debbie’s ex, Peter Burgess [Gulbranson] has been having nightmares about the possibility that Wilkins might be released from prison and has turned to a therapist [Zahand] to deal with his trauma and guilt from past events. But are they just nightmares, or is Debbie Wilkins going to put their past relationship to rest for good?”
