A number of familiar faces confront a birth gone bad in CYNTHIA, the first feature from the folks behind Girls and Corpses magazine. It’s coming later this year, and we’ve got the exclusive first look at the trailer.

Directed by Kenny Gage and Devon Downs (ANARCHY PARLOR), CYNTHIA will emerge in select theaters August 31 and on DVD and VOD September 18 from Indican Pictures. G&C’s Robert Rhine scripted, and the cast is headed by Scout Taylor-Compton (pictured above) of the HALLOWEEN films and Kyle Jones, along with Sid Haig, Bill Moseley, James Karen (POLTERGEIST), Robert LaSardo and Rebecca Marshall. The synopsis: “Robin [Taylor-Compton] and Michael [Jones] are college sweethearts who have everything—a perfect marriage, adorable cat, a beautiful home—but one thing is missing from this idyllic setting: a baby. After years of fertility treatments, their dreams come true when Robin finds out she is pregnant. Is this a dream come true, or a nightmare come to life?”
