RUE MORGUE got the word from Cleopatra Entertainment that production has wrapped on the horror/comedy COCAINE WEREWOLF, which will play select theatrical dates this summer ahead of its release on VOD and other home entertainment formats. Shot in the Appalachian Mountains of Pennsylvania, it was directed by DIY horror veteran Mark Polonia and scripted by Tyger Torrez, with Cleopatra’s Tim Yasui and Sterling Entertainment’s David Sterling producing.
The movie boasts a Gothic industrial rock soundtrack featuring Jyrki 69 from The 69 Eyes and The 69 Cats, Frontline Assembly, Switchblade Symphony, Synaesthesia and more, courtesy of Cleopatra Records. Marie DeLorenzo, Jeff Kirkendall, Titus Himmelberger, Ken Van Sant, Brice Kennedy, Yolie Canales and Noyes Lawton star; the synopsis: “In COCAINE WEREWOLF, cocaine, cash and a crew filming a low-budget horror movie in the eerie woods of northern Pennsylvania clash when an unexpected visit from a bloodthirsty werewolf literally enters the picture–with deadly results!”
