A Sasquatch isn’t the only creature lurking in these woods.

BLOODY BLUFF, directed by effects artist/filmmaker Tom Devlin (who provided some exclusive stills and behind-the-scenes pics), has its world premiere at Sin City Horror Fest on Saturday, November 9 at 4:30 p.m. The screening will take place at Brenden Theaters inside the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas, Nevada. Scripted by Lola Devlin, the movie stars Ashley Ballou, Robert Walker, Jason Wallace, Greg Dow, A.J. Fucillo, Lola Devlin, Laetyn Lawrence and McKenzie Westmore of Syfy’s makeup competition show FACE OFF (on which Devlin was a contestant). THE MUNSTERS’ Butch Patrick and THE DEVIL’S REJECTS’ Ginger Lynn Allen also make appearances. The makeup effects were created by Tom Devlin and Chris Arredondo of 1313FX, with Walid Atshe sculpting the Sasquatch. According to the official synopsis, “BLOODY BLUFF is a period horror tale about the hunt for two sisters who have gone missing in the forbidden hills near their town, from which no one has ever returned alive.”

“Working with McKenzie again was incredible,” Devlin says. “I have entered this world of directing now, so being on the other side of the camera and collaborating with her was a highlight of my career.”
