Exclusive news/covers: “THE FOG” and “ESCAPE FROM NEW YORK” novelizations coming back from Echo On

The adaptations of the John Carpenter classics are returning after many years out of print.

Echo On Publications, which specializes in classic and new movie tie-in books, is bringing the novelizations of John Carpenter’s THE FOG and ESCAPE FROM NEW YORK back to print. THE FOG, by Dennis Etchison, will be released in hardcover, paperback and eBook April 30, with an audiobook to follow, including an introduction on Etchison by Echo On’s Christian Francis. Following that is Mike McQuay’s adaptation of ESCAPE, including material cut from the final film, on hardcover, paperback and eBook May 30, also with an audiobook to follow. They’ll be available soon via the Echo On website
