Evil stalks the North Carolina backwoods in THE WENDIGO, the new found-footage horror movie coming soon from Terror Films. When a popular social media personality disappears while investigating the legends surrounding a lost Native American tribe, it’s up to his fellow influencers to get to the bottom of an ancient mystery. Directed by Jake Robinson from a screenplay by Jamie Brown, THE WENDIGO stars Austin Pigza, Tyler Gene and Matthias Margraves.

In the exclusive clip below, a terrifying glimpse into the unknown begins to take its toll on the group.

“I cannot wait for everyone to see THE WENDIGO,” says director Jake Robinson. “[T]he Wendigo has always been my favorite cryptid, and found footage is my favorite genre. Therefore, it made perfect sense for me to combine this legend and shoot it in my preferred style. I’ve never seen a found footage Wendigo film, and I’m happy to be the first to do it!”

Terror Films’ THE WENDIGO releases worldwide on August 4.
