Exclusive clip: Night frights in “THE OTHER”

The nightmares are real for the family at the center of the chiller coming next month.

THE OTHER (no relation to the Thomas Tryon novel and its 1972 film adaptation of the same title) is coming to VOD and digital platforms June 13 from Quiver Distribution. Written and directed by Paul Etheredge (HELLBENT), with FINAL DESTINATION creator Jeffrey Reddick as one of the producers, it stars Olivia Macklin, Dylan McTee, Avangeline Friedlander, Lily D. Moore and the SAW series’ Shawnee Smith. The synopsis: “After years of infertility, Robin [Macklin] and Daniel [McTee] adopt Kathelia [Friedlander], a mute orphan with a dark past. But their dream turns to horror as eerie events unfold and Kathelia’s behavior grows unsettling. As an evil force takes hold, they must fight for their family—and their survival.”
