Brainstorm Media releases BELIEVER to select theaters and VOD platforms this Friday, September 13. Written and directed by Sheldon Wilson (SHALLOW GROUND, THE UNSPOKEN), it stars Lauren Lee Smith (THE SHAPE OF WATER), Ella Ballentine (THE DARK AND THE WICKED, THE MONSTER), Peter Mooney, Martin Roach, Ilan O’Driscoll, Jonathan Potts, Kris Holden-Ried. The synopsis: “A young writer is attacked by a notorious cult leader and mass murderer, a man who exerts inexplicable control over his followers. When she claims no memory of the attack, her family begins to question her motives.”
