Actor John Krasinski does double duty as star and director of an upcoming Paramount chiller called A QUIET PLACE, in which he appears opposite his wife Emily Blunt. The first trailer has emerged, promising a very eerie experience.

A QUIET PLACE, which Krasinski scripted with Scott Beck and Bryan Woods, also features Noah Jupe (SUBURBICON), Millicent Simmonds and Cade Woodward and opens April 6, 2018. It tells the story of a family dwelling in a rural farmhouse where they must keep silent, so as not to draw the attention of a mysterious threat lurking outside. The nature of that threat is being kept under wraps for now, but we’re looking forward to learning more about this one!
