BROKEN BIRD is coming to theaters nationwide April 24 from Catalyst Studios and Seismic Releasing. Joanne Mitchell directed from a script by Dominic Brunt, Tracey Sheals and Mitchell, based on Mitchell’s short film SYBIL. Rebecca Calder (THE CONJURING: LAST RITES), James Fleet, Sacharissa Claxton, Jay Taylor and Robyn Rainsford star; the synopsis: “In BROKEN BIRD, a lonely mortician with a poetic soul [Calder], searches for love and belonging—but as grief and desire collide, her need for connection takes a disturbingly intimate turn.”
