Has social media made the fan experience worse?
In the first corner, TAL ZIMERMAN argues Yes, stating that “When once it was a rare and exciting prospect to encounter a fellow horror fan, the experience is now tainted by algorithms that incite us to measure ourselves against one another.”
In the opposite corner, RM’s Exec Editor ANDREA SUBISSATI counters with No, arguing that “Social media allows us the opportunity to peek behind a curtain at people’s innermost passions.”
