Two brothers who live with their grandfather in a house in the middle of a mysterious forest unleash a malevolent, supernatural entity in THE SHAPE OF THE WOODS, the feature debut of Argentinian writer-director Gonzalo Mellid.  Described as a fusion of folk horror and Evil Dead-style thrills, THE SHAPE OF THE WOODS recently premiered its first trailer at Cannes’ Marche Du Film as part of the Blood Window exhibition. Although no official release date has yet been announced, you can see that shocking trailer and the film’s poster below.
