Acclaimed supernatural chiller “WE GO ON” has been remastered for disc and digital; details, art & trailer

From the creators of YELLOWBRICKROAD, one of whom also directed THE HARBINGER, it’s getting an upgrade.

Lightyear Entertainment has announced a May 21 release for WE GO ON: REMASTERED, a digitally restored edition of Jesse Holland and Andy Mitton’s fright film, originally released in 2017. Winner of several festival awards, the movie now sports enhanced visual effects and a sharper image, and will be issued on Blu-ray and DVD along with all leading digital platforms. Clark Freeman, Annette O’Toole, John Glover, Giovanna Zacarias and Laura Heisler star; the synopsis: “Paralyzed by his fear of dying, Miles Grissom [Freeman] offers a cash reward to the first person who can show him a ghost, an angel, a demon, or anything to prove the existence of an afterlife. He narrows responses down to three candidates–a scientist, a medium, and a worldly entrepreneur. And along with his fiercely protective mother [O’Toole], he embarks on an adventure that will spiral into an unthinkable nightmare.” Bonus features on the discs are:

  • Audio commentary by stars Annette O’Toole and Clark Freeman
  • Audio commentary by director/writer (story) Jesse Holland
  • Audio commentary by director/writer Andy Mitton

Retail prices are $24.95 for the Blu-ray, $19.95 for the DVD. See our original review of WE GO ON here.
