SCAREFEST WEEKEND Returns to Kentucky October 23–25

Lexington, KY, will the epicenter of the horror universe when SCAREFEST WEEKEND returns to the Central Bank Center on October 23–25! RUE MORGUE Executive Editor Andrea Subissati will be on hand with back issues and exclusive subscription offers for the thousands of attendees who’ll be on site for the three-floor horror extravaganza.

Guests will also include: 

  • Casts from across the Evil Dead universe, including Sam and Ted Raimi
  • Harold Perrineau (Oz, Lost, From, 28 Weeks Later)
  • Friday the 13th director Sean S. Cunningham
  • A Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2 reunion with Caroline Williams, Bill Johnson and Bill Moseley

Alongside all the meet-and-greets and vendor-packed showrooms, ticket holders can partake in seminars discussing cryptids, the paranormal, indie filmmaking and other spooky topics. The film festival will spotlight the future of genre cinema, and those looking for a permanent keepsake can become a human canvas at the tattoo exhibition.
