Black Mandala has released the trailer and poster for THE SHUG, directed by Martin J. Pickering and inspired by reports of monster sightings in Britain in 2024. Scripted by Pickering and Matt Bowmer, it stars Nicholas Clarke, Alice Henley, Mae Sutton, Dean Kilby, Jack Armstrong, Jason Hall, Funso Foluso-Henry. The synopsis: “John, an alcoholic still haunted by a violent encounter with the creature during his teenage years, is forced to confront the nightmare he has spent decades trying to forget.
