Exclusive behind-the-scenes video: Making the monster for “SQUATCH”

Watch as Bigfoot gets ready to step out into his new movie.

Check out our exclusive video below of creature creator David “House” Greathouse and his team transforming Jacob Southwick, a.k.a. pro wrestler Madman Fulton, into the titular beast for SQUATCH. The film, coming to North American digital HD Internet, cable, VOD and satellite platforms March 10 from Freestyle Digital Media, was directed by Tom Chaney (FROSTBITER: WRATH OF THE WENDIGO) from a script by Chaney and Bill Conger. Jack Chaney, Paige Weishuhn and Cassandra Schomer also star; the synopsis: “Nick Peters [Jack Chaney] has spent his entire life without his estranged father. Living in a small working-class town with his mother, he unexpectedly inherits his father’s estate including a remote cabin in the deep northern woods. Wanting nothing to do with it, he’s ready to walk away until Cassie [Weishuhn], the coworker he’s pined for, offers to go with him. What begins as a weekend of closure quickly descends into a fight for survival. As they cross into a world untouched by man, they come face-to-face with a myth that has finally stopped hiding. America’s monster comes to life in SQUATCH.”
