NEWS: WILD EYE RELEASING SUMMONS A SINISTER SASQUATCH IN “BIGFOOT EXORCIST”

Of all the many, many depictions of Bigfoot throughout the decades of cryptid cinema, that of a blood thirsty bi-ped brought about by the nefarious undertakings of a satanic cult is, without a doubt, the most unusual. Throw in a nun as the sinister squatch’s foil and the resultant project is the type of film that only works with B-movie maestro Donald Farmer sitting in the director’s chair.

Farmer’s BIGFOOT EXORCIST is out now from Wild Eye Releasing, the latest in a stream of unconventional horror movies with titles like Catnado, Nundead and Shark Exorcist 2: Unholy Waters. Odd names – and even stranger synopses, no doubt – but Farmer’s grasp on what his fandom wants is so spot on that physical stock of his films sell out minutes after releasing – and often just as fast after re-stocking.

From the press release:

“A demonic cult has summoned the ultimate beast, Bigfoot, to prowl the mountains and slaughter innocent victims. But when Claude is attacked by the creature, the curse of Bigfoot is passed down to him. Now Claude turns into a hairy, fanged beast at night, thirsty for warm blood. Only the power of a nun trained in exorcism can hope to set Claude free from this nightmare. But it may already be too late…”

The film stars frequent Farmer collaborator Jessa Flux (Murdercise), Kasper Meltedhair (Hooker with a Hacksaw), Cacia Rose (Mom and Dad), Steve Guynn (Sharks of the Corn), Dixie Gers (Crazy Fat Ethel) and Rebecca Rinehart (Catnado).

BIGFOOT EXORCIST is available for purchase now.
