Killing has consequences in “COLD BLOWS THE WIND”; trailer, poster and release news

Things go from bad to horrific in the thriller coming next month.

Lion Heart Distribution will release COLD BLOWS THE WIND on VOD platforms July 2. Written and directed by Eric Williford, and a multi-award winner at last year’s Horrorhound Film Festival, it stars Victoria Vertuga (who also produced with Williford), Danell Leyva, Jamie Bernadette and Torrey Lawrence. The synopsis:

“Dean [Leyva] and Tasha’s [Vertuga] first mistake was driving drunk.
Their second, hitting a jogger.
Their third, driving out to a remote house to bury the body.
Tensions build as the couple can’t agree on anything along the way. When a mysterious visitor arrives offering not to tell anyone about the body they buried in exchange for protection, their night goes from bad to worse. Will they be able to work together to make it back home…or will the rift between them lead to even more horrific mistakes?”
