Thom Mathews, Felissa Rose et al. in home-invasion horror “GO AWAY”; trailer & poster

Once again, a family reunion becomes a body count.

Writer/director Dave Kerr is currently in postproduction on GO AWAY, which reunites him with his BLOODY SUMMER CAMP star Felissa Rose. The cast of the new movie also includes Christine Oswald, Matthew Sharpe, Tuesday Knight (A NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET 4), Thom Mathews (RETURN OF THE LIVING DEAD, FRIDAY THE 13TH PART VI), L.C. Holt (one of the intruders in YOU’RE NEXT), Justin Marxen and Robert Mukes. The synopsis: “GO AWAY follows Liz [Oswald] as she, along with her boyfriend Mark [Sharpe], travels to a remote home in the woods to visit her estranged mother, Sherry [Knight]. Sherry has recently remarried after the death of her first husband to an odd man named Chuck [Mathews] and has invited her family out to meet him. As Liz and the rest of her family try to put their differences aside long enough to survive dinner, an unexpected knock at the door turns into deadly chaos when a group of masked intruders take the family hostage and force them to play a deadly game of hide and seek.”

GO AWAY is currently scheduled for release in early 2023.
