The sequel to the sleeper hit has a whole new series of deadly challenges to overcome.
Sony Pictures has titled the follow-up to its 2019 chiller ESCAPE ROOM: TOURNAMENT OF CHAMPIONS, set a theatrical release date of July 16 and released the first pictures. Adam Robitel returns to direct, from a script by Will Honley and Oren Uziel and Maria Melnik & Daniel Tuch and a story by Will Honley and Christine Lavaf & Fritz Bohm. The first film’s survivors Taylor Russell and Logan Miller star, along with Indya Moore, Holland Roden, Thomas Cocquerel and Carlito Olivero. The synopsis: “In this installment, six people unwittingly find themselves locked in another series of escape rooms, slowly uncovering what they have in common to survive…and discovering they’ve all played the game before.”
