Joe Lynch’s “MAYHEM” comes home in ultra high-definition and more next month!

Currently in limited theatrical release, Joe Lynch’s outrageously entertaining horror/action/black-humored thriller MAYHEM hits home formats in December. Read on for the full details and cover art.

Scripted by Matias Caruso, MAYHEM hits DVD, Blu-ray and Ultra High-Definition 4K/Blu-ray combo December 26 from RLJE Films. It stars Steven Yeun (THE WALKING DEAD), Samara Weaving (THE BABYSITTER), Steven Brand, Caroline Chikezie, Kerry Fox and Dallas Roberts; the synopsis: “Derek Cho [Yeun] is having a really bad day. After being unjustly fired from his job, he discovers that the law firm’s building is under quarantine for a mysterious and dangerous virus. Chaos erupts throughout the office as the victims of the disease begin acting out their wildest impulses. Joining forces with a former client [Weaving] who has a grudge of her own, Derek savagely fights tooth and nail to get to the executives on the top floor and settle the score once and for all.”

The discs will present the movie in 2.35:1 widescreen with Dolby Digital 5.1 audio, accompanied by:

  • Audio commentary by director Joe Lynch, director of photography Steve Gainer and editor Josh Ethier
  • “Creating MAYHEM: The Making of the Film”

And other extras. Retail prices are $27.97 for the DVD, $29.97 for the Blu-ray and $35.97 for the 4K/Blu-ray combo.
