When it comes to classic cult horror, Greater Sudbury’s own This Love Is Drone has great taste. With their latest track, “I’M A SPIDER, BABY,” the synth-infused doom metal and stoner rock sonically capture the oddball chaos of director Jack Hill’s 1967 horror comedy Spider Baby (aka The Maddest Story Ever Told).

Check out the video, featuring an assemblage of creepy clips from the film now. And keep an eye out for Lon Chaney Jr. (Universal’s original Wolfman) and a young Sid Haig in one of his earliest roles.
