You’ll be able to explore the strange chambers even further this weekend.

A24 has announced that it will release a new cut of Kane Parsons’ BACKROOMS, subtitled EVERYTHING MUST GO, to theaters nationwide this Friday, July 3. This edition adds 16 minutes of brand new footage to the story of a furniture store owner (Chiwetel Ejiofor) who discovers a weird parallel realm behind a wall in the basement, and his psychiatrist (Renate Reinsve) who follows him into the frightening spaces. The original version, which we reviewed here, has become one of the summer’s sleeper hits, grossing $184.2 million in the U.S. and $330.8 million worldwide as of this past Sunday.
