The creator of MILK & SERIAL has a romantic nightmare in store.
Focus Features and Blumhouse will release OBSESSION exclusively to theaters May 15. Written and directed by Curry Barker, it won raves at TIFF and Fantastic Fest as well as the People’s Choice Award at the Sitges Film Festival. Michael Johnston, Inde Navarrette, Cooper Tomlinson, Megan Lawless and Andy Richter star; the synopsis: “After breaking the mysterious ‘One Wish Willow’ to win his crush’s heart, a hopeless romantic finds himself getting exactly what he asked for but soon discovers that some desires come at a dark, sinister price.”
