Summer-camp slasher “SHE CAME FROM THE WOODS” cuts into Blu-ray release

The film that puts a number of twists on a classic genre is going hi-def.

ETR Media is releasing SHE CAME FROM THE WOODS on Blu-ray through Vinegar Syndrome, with the disc now available for pre-order here. Directed by Erik Bloomquist and written by Erik and Carson Bloomquist, it stars Cara Buono, Clare Foley, Spencer List, Michael Park, William Sadler, Tyler Elliot Burke and Adam Weppler. The synopsis: “In 1987, a group of counselors accidentally unleash a decades-old evil on the last night of summer camp. As the situation turns bloody, the group is forced to confront what stories are worth telling and what secrets are worth keeping.”

The region-free Blu-ray features a 2.39:1 transfer with English DTS-HD MA 5.1 audio. Special features are:
