The ninth entry in the CONJURING Universe is coming in September.
THE CONJURING: LAST RITES, which New Line Cinema and Warner Bros. bring to theaters and IMAX September 5, sees real-life paranormal investigators Ed and Lorraine Warren (Patrick Wilson and Vera Farmiga) taking on one last case involving a haunted family, based on true events. The cast also includes Mia Tomlinson and Ben Hardy as the Warrens’ daughter Judy and her boyfriend Tony Spera, Steve Coulter as Father Gordon, Rebecca Calder, Elliot Cowan, Kíla Lord Cassidy, Beau Gadsdon, John Brotherton and Shannon Kook. Michael Chaves, returning from THE CONJURING: THE DEVIL MADE ME DO IT, directs from a script by Ian Goldberg and Richard Naing (THE AUTOPSY OF JANE DOE) and David Leslie Johnson-McGoldrick (ORPHAN), from a story by David Leslie Johnson-McGoldrick and James Wan, the latter of whom produced with Peter Safran.
