The 25th annual Boston Underground Film Festival concluded last night with the presentation of the Bacchus Awards, including Director’s Choice (chosen by the festival staff) and Audience Choice Awards. This year saw an especially strong lineup of feature and short presentations (and also–full disclosure–the world premiere of the new 4K restoration of RE-ANIMATOR, with yours truly moderating a Q&A with Barbara Crampton), and these were the movies voted best of the fest:
