A seasoned crisis manager finds himself in over his head in a PR nightmare involving a triple homicide, an Arctic ice mummy and a batch of intergalactic moonshine when he gets entangled with a dysfunctional family and their failing whiskey business in THE HYPERBOREAN. Recently acquired for Canadian release by Black Fawn Distribution, the unhinged new sci-fi comedy from director Jesse Thomas Cook of Collingwood film and writer Tony Burgess (Pontypool) is now available on VOD platforms across Canada, with a Blu-ray release (featuring retro VHS-style art, director’s commentary, still gallery, trailers and more) to come later this year.
