Female rage is at the heart of this new chiller.
Shudder has announced its acquisition of BAD THINGS ahead of its world premiere at the Tribeca Film Festival in June. The streamer has set an August 25 premiere date for the movie in all its territories (U.S., UK, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand), and it will also stream on AMC+ where available (U.S., Canada, Australia/New Zealand). Written and directed by Stewart Thorndike (LYLE), it stars Gayle Rankin, Hari Nef, Annabelle Dexter-Jones, Rad Pereira, Jared Abrahamson and Molly Ringwald. The synopsis: “A weekend getaway for a few girlfriends at a snowy resort becomes a psychological tailspin and bloody nightmare. Long-deceased guests and the space itself come to life in this haunting thriller.”
