Trailer gives us a long-awaited look at the new “’SALEM’S LOT”; poster, too

Stephen King’s vampires are finally being unleashed next month.

’SALEM’S LOT, the feature adaptation of King’s classic produced by New Line Cinema, will debut Thursday, October 3 as a Max Original Film. Written and directed by Gary Dauberman (scripter of IT and the ANNABELLE films), it stars Lewis Pullman (as Ben Mears), Alfre Woodard (Dr. Cody), Makenzie Leigh (Susan Norton), Bill Camp (Matthew Burke), Spencer Treat Clark (Mike Ryerson), Pilou Asbæk (Straker) and John Benjamin Hickey (Father Callahan). The official synopsis: “Author Ben Mears returns to his childhood home of Jerusalem’s Lot in search of inspiration for his next book only to discover his hometown is being preyed upon by a bloodthirsty vampire.”
