Mike Flanagan called it “sublimely brilliant,” among other raves the movie has received, and you can see for yourself later this summer.

Magenta Light Studios’ STRANGE DARLING will be released exclusively to theaters August 23. Written and directed by JT Mollner, with actor Giovanni Ribisi serving as cinematographer and also a producer with Bill Block, Roy Lee, Steven Schneider and Chris Ivan Cevic, it stars Willa Fitzgerald, Kyle Gallner (SMILE, SCREAM 2022), Ed Begley Jr. and Barbara Hershey (INSIDIOUS, BLACK SWAN). The synopsis: “In STRANGE DARLING, nothing is what it seems when a twisted one-night stand spirals into a serial killer’s vicious murder spree.”
