The preview makes us even more anxious to see the WITCH/LIGHTHOUSE filmmaker’s take on the horror classic.
Focus Features releases NOSFERATU to theaters December 25. Written and directed by Robert Eggers based on F.W. Murnau’s silent landmark, it stars Bill Skarsgård, Nicholas Hoult, Lily-Rose Depp, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Emma Corrin, Ralph Ineson, Simon McBurney and Willem Dafoe. The synopsis describes it as “a Gothic tale of obsession between a haunted young woman and the terrifying vampire infatuated with her, causing untold horror in its wake.”
