Tales From The Cryptkeeper looks good. But that's about all. I would have to see some of the other flicks in order to want them.

Trick 'R Treat, definitely. Everything else is "wait and see." Wicked Lake sounds familiar...is it worth picking up?

Maybe buy Trick 'r Treat, but will probably rent first. Hate getting burned on blind buys.
Not much else of interest after that.
Is Children of the Corn a SyFy channel remake? The link lists it as a 2009 production.

Red Dwarf: Back To Earth - The Director's Cut BD
Trick R Treat
WHY on earth does Wicked Lake need a re-release?? It is quite possibly the worst film I've seen since the turn of the century.

The cover for It's Alive is fucking awesome. With that said the movie itself is not very good so I'll pass on it BUT!! I will be getting the following eventually:
Trick 'r Treat (and it better not suck or I'm going to be pissed!)
King of the Ants (only because I don't own it and actually haven't seen it)
The Gate (another awesome cover!)
The Offspring (it's Jack Fucking Ketchum!! Even though they should have done Off Season first...)
Seventh Moon (maybe...does anyone know if it's any good?)

Going strictly on hearsay, it doesn't have a great reputation, but I haven't seen it.

Supposedly Saw is coming out today for the PS3 and Xbox 360. I'm digging up info on it and it's been confirmed by Amazon.com, but no such luck on Amazon.ca It's not even listed for sale.
Thought I'd add it to the list.

I would love to buy Trick 'R Treat...but with receiving a Blu-Ray player, more than likely, this Christmas, I'm going to hold off and rent it.
I can tell you all that I'm half way through NOT QUITE HOLLYWOOD and it is amazing. They even featured a film that I almost forgot about called "Next of Kin".

Does anyone know if something happened to "The Children" DVD Canadian distribution? I can't seem to find it at any Canadian retailers online or offline.

I just won a copy of Children of the Corn (2009) from a contest. The movie was bad but I can give this to my 12 year old niece for Christmas who is starting to get into horror movies.

It looks like it got pushed back to 20 October in Canada.
The HMV listing shows the Alliance release as 20 Oct.
The edition here on Amazon.ca is an import from Lionsgate.
I've found in the past Alliance often (who handles Lionsgate in Canada) often pushes titles back for some unknown reason.
