For those fans who actually went out and purchased Rob Zombie’s newest album, Hellbilly Deluxe 2, guess what: you get to buy it again! A “special edition” of Hellybilly Deluxe 2 hits stores Sept. 28 and includes new songs, videos and a tour documentary.
Specifically, you get three new songs (“Everything Is Boring,” “Michael” and “Devil’s Hole Girls And The Big Revolution”), as well as a “re-imagining” of “The Man Who Laughs,” on of my faves off the album. There will be a new video for “Mars Needs Women,” shot during Zombie’s recent “Gruesome Twosome” co-headlining tour with Alice Cooper, a live video of Zombie performing Cooper’s “School’s Out” (with Cooper himself), and a tour documentary entitled “Transylvanian Transmissions,” along with “all-new expanded artwork.”

Not a big fan of the double-dip, but this actually sounds none too shabby.
Zombie and Cooper on “School’s Out” was a BIG highhlight of the Gruesome Twosome tour – my daughter nearly wept during that final encore in Toronto – so it’ll be sweet to have that on video.
Hi, Sean. I wanted to thank you for your review of THE SHADOW WITHIN in issue #102. I’ve written a bunch of film reviews for the now defunct Horror-Wood website and know how hard they are to write. I’m 57 and I’m kind of picky as to what I’ll watch these days. This film sounded right up my alley, and it was, although I thought the ending fell apart.
And I laughed at each clumsy set up the director tried, since you pointed it out. Especially the intense discussion under the kitchen table. How can a director be so good with actors yet so bad with a camera? Anyway, it was way enjoyable and I thank you.
