If there is one thing for sure, selling a million of anything in the U.S. doesn’t mean what you created is good. Take the Twilight series for example. Not that I’m “pissing on” Brooks; just sayin’…
I’m not surprised RM didn’t like it and I’m glad they said so. I sold my copy of the “Survival Guide” after I read the first half. I bought it when it came out but Brooks had nothing to say that I (and most other horror movies lovers) already know about zombies. I wish I read RM’s article before I bought it. There was nothing new about it and I realized it was just a coffee table book that no one reads or glances at a few pages. Waste of money.
