Last night’s CineMacabre screening of Shock Waves was a load of fun… except for the thief who pinched a hoodie from our merch table.

The CineMacabre crowd rules — hard — so it’s a bummer that someone was there last night that was considerably less than cool. I got news for ya — it’s expensive to rent a theatre, rent prints, ship prints and advertise events. A lot of us put in extra time and an insane amount of effort outside of work hours because we believe that showing cool horror flicks is, well… cool. Selling RM merch helps us do this. So when you steal from us, you screw everyone over. Not to mention, now we may have to pack everything up while the film is on, which is a big pain the ass.

Luckily, every Rue Morgue hoodie is cursed until it’s sold. The guilty party should expect to start turning into a plant any day down now — Troll 2 -style!
