		<description>I asked Mr. Dekker&#039;s  rep from (Lion&#039;s Gate/Maple) the same question about the Monster Squad DVD. Essentially the replay was marketing: They knew the film had a built in fan base that would buy it regardless and so the cover was aimed at the rest of the populace ( ie teenage boys) that might be browsing.
While the answer makes sense from a financial standpoint, i still feel  (like i think most here) that the original covers are way cooler.</description>
