According to this New York Post story, head Tromite Lloyd Kaufman was invited to Spain to accept an award… which was actually meant for Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind director Charlie Kaufman.

“It was great,” said Lloyd. “For the rest of the week, people thought I was Charlie Kaufman, and I actually got some job offers.”

Guess it’s too soon for April Fool’s Day.
