    Bought the latest issue (as I do) and looked forward to reading about one of my favorite movies, The Entity. Imagine my surprise when I got home and found the ENTIRE article missing. Not only that but there were articles duplicated TWICE !! So…. Would this be a collectors item? … Or should I just ask for a free subscription.

    there are Layout staple alignment errors in Rue Morgue#124 July 2012
    and “The Entity” article is completely missing!
    there were extra page Layouts double inserted of pages
    25, 26, 27, 28, 30,31,32,33,34, 35,36,37,38,39,40, this probably happened @ the printer and effected thousands if NOT every issue #124 that was distributed this month

    Issue #124 is my 3rd issue on my Ipad. I bought it but whenever I try to download it I get the error: Download Error An error occured when tring to download ‘Rue Morgue #124″: missing xml file

    I have no idea what to do. I paid for it and I have no idea where to get help. If someone can point me in the right direction, I would appreciate it.

    Hi Brandon,

    Sorry to hear you had troubles with issue #124 for your iPad. We’ll definitely make sure to get it working for you. The first place to start troubleshooting is whether or not you have the latest edition of the Rue Morgue app. Can you make sure you’ve got the absolutely most recent version of it? That often solves many problems users are having as our digital newsstand, Yudu, frequently tweaks its services to make things better….but in doing so, often makes issues unreadable unless you update. Let me know, but I promise we’ll get things working properly and to your satisfaction.
