A Sneak Peek At The Tricks and Treats Of October’s RM#116
No matter what sort of colourful confections land in your Halloween bags this season, boils and ghouls, the upcoming 128-page 14th anniversary Halloween issue of RM is bound to be the most mind-blowing, teeth-rottingly decadent morsel of the lot!
Wrapped up in an iridescent cover illustration by Jason Edmiston (whose work has previously appeared in the Black 100‘s Nightmare Gallery and our tribute to Vincent Price in RM#111), this year’s ceremonial offering literally melts down the essence of the witching hour, pours it into a smiling jack-’o-lantern, lights it on fire and tosses it into the sky whereupon it will explode in a shower of magazine-sized portions and be delivered to you by horned carrier owls.
Well, okay…that’s what we wish we could do but hey, look at what even just the cover reveals about the issue’s goopy innards. And there’s so much more as you dig deeper inside! Stay tuned…
